TOUR NEWS UPDATE
Thanks to Netball Waitakere we have been invited to play against their own representative teams as well Samoa, Cook Islands and Niue 15s Representative teams as a lead up to their Pacifica tournament to be held the following weekend.
Netball Bay of Plenty have also been fantastic organising our group to participate in their Spring Young Talented Players Devleopment Camp as well as playing a mini tournament. Our BBQ and social evening with them is bound to be fun - we have been preparing some entertainment for after dinner.
A big thanks to Netball NZ and Netball NSW for their help and interest in our tour.
We have had wonderful cooperation, encouragement and great interest in the tour - we hope to make this an annual event so watch out for next season's tour.

WHO CAN JOIN THE TOUR?
Junior individuals or teams aged up to 17 years - everyone is welcome but numbers will be restricted to ensure a manageable tour group size. Individuals will be grouped into teams for match days. Places in the tour group will be filled in order of receipt of deposits (i.e. FIRST IN). Parents and siblings are also welcome to come and experience netball in New Zealand. PLAYERS UNDER 18 YEARS NOT ACCOMPANIED BY A PARENT MUST HAVE SIGNED PARENTAL/GUARDIAN CONSENT TO TOUR.
OUR NETBALL COORDINATOR ROBYN ROWLAND
Robyn has been a representative coach for 14 years in the Sydney area (juniors and seniors). She runs netball camps and Skills and Drills sessions for club coaches. She has been a Netball NSW coaching courses presenter and also worked as a development officer. Robyn has appeared on Channel 7 Saturday Disney programs promoting netball. She also writes programs for Dept of Sport and Recreation netball camps.
Robyn has been working with the netball centres in New Zealand to plan our netball program whilst on tour. You can be sure there will be quality coaching, plenty of court action and fun this whole week as we experience Netball New Zealand style.
